It has been an incredibly busy summer of race action for the team at Sparrowhawk Racing. Since our previous round at Snetterton, we have competed in the Audi TTCR Series at both Donington Park & Cadwell Park. It was a very wet & stormy weekend at Goodwood Motor Circuit for the annual Eagle Sprint in August. The competition was fierce, with a field of 100 cars & drivers braving the treacherous conditions. Sparrowhawk Racing were taking part in their first competitive event on the famous historic circuit, competing for honours in Class 3, against 20 other cars - driving their Audi TT Cup Car sponsored by Bromley Vehicle Test Centre Ltd. Earlier this season Sparrowhawk Racing made their first ever appearance on track at Goodwood Motor Circuit, when they were invited by the Classic Touring Car Club to attend an event called Retro Rides. The event included taking part in a static display of race cars in the paddock and a number of track sessions over the course of the weekend. A May update from the team at SPARROWHAWK RACING. We're excited to say the race season is now very much underway! To begin the season the team were at Silverstone in March for the season-opener, racing in the Modified Ford Series and scoring two solid Top-5 results to start our season off well.
